It depends on whether the insurance company allows for dual contracting or not. If they do, then, yes you can.

Most if not all of the national health carriers (Aetna, UHC, Humana, etc.) will only allow you to be in one FMO hierarchy. There are some regional/local carriers that allow multiple. For example Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI. As someone else stated, not sure why you would even if you could though.
