I just interviewed with Mutual of Omaha. I don't think it's for me. I'm not looking to go through a project 250 or project 100 to try to sell to friends and family. I did this before and it did not go well. I am looking for a company that I can prospect through direct mail, internet leads, and anything else other than project 250. I know you need to get sales through referrals but starting out many people in my age range don't care about life insurance and they're too young for medicare supplements. I'd be willing to do auto and home insurance as well. I'd really like to be able to grow a business while I work my full time job. My full tim job is as a registered nurse so I work 3 days a week.
