National Guardian Life

I have their GI contract. I signed with them about 6 months ago. No problems. Non resident went through with one phone call and an email. Wrote a few apps, smooth process. Commissions paid quickly. For me, down side, I never know when a policy is mailed to the customer. It's just something I like to know, I usually call my customers to let them know when to expect their policy. Not a deal breaker.

Prices are somewhat higher than other GI products. If memory is correct chargeback is first year...I may stand corrected on this. For me they are worth carrying around...

Ngl has the best service of any gi company I've seen period. Super agent friendly . Only downside is it takes about 10 days after approval to get a policy and even when you check off to send to client they send to you. Also they pay nice renewals. Web sites a little quirky. they have a nice charge back of 100% first 6 months and and 50% month 7-12. Downside is they're about 50% more expensive than gerber but you got much greater risk with gerber chargeback. Thad whats the imo commission? I bet its 90-100% on the gi product.

I've only submitted a few GI policies with them and they mailed directly to the client. I was glad because I would never have made any extra effort on them. JMO, I look at revenue from most GI policies as found money since the charge back possibilities are so high.

I've done about 10 policies and even when I checked to send to clent they've sent to me. maybe its the imo i'm under.

Unless they have one foot in the grave, use Settlers Bronze instead.. They have no charge back of earned commissions in cases of death or lapse.

Good company. They have been a good funeral Preneed company for the last 10+ years.

Settlers Bronze is cheaper rates and better renewals and less chargeback risk than the NGL GI product though.

Only problem with settlers bronze is it can only be a certain amount of your overall production with settlers. For some reason imo's fail to mention this

Similar to how uhl restricts your GI business
