What' Ritter's comp?

What do you bring to the table?

Are you a GA? What's your comp? Sorry, but I won't go less than street and currently I can get over 100% with Balt. Life. SPWL I can get 14%.

The real question is what do you bring to the table as a GA? If all you have is good comp, that's fine. A little service, even better.

In my view, the FMO/IMO/GA are working for me, making my life easier so I can spend more time writing business.

My friend, I don't even write for Baltimore Life. I asked my question to learn something new from this forum. As far as what I bring to the table... 11 1/2 years of selling FE only, nothing else, very successfully. I can go out and write $3k-$6K per week pretty much at will working 25 DM and/or TV leads.

And, what did you say you brought to the table? You know...years of experience, annual production, good persistency, etc. I ask this question not to start an argument, but to judge your competence and ability selling FE, which determines how credible your comments are.

I'm sorry, you're judging my competence to determine the credibility of my request for an FMO with decent comp?

Let me say I've been around the block and I'm not interested in selling FE over the phone. I have a piece of business that best fits with Baltimore Life's SPWL.

ANYBODY??

Yes sir. That would be correct. Big producers can command higher contracts. Small producers don't have this luxury. You did know that, right?

Maybe if I was looking for more than 115% on FE, or 17% on SPWL.

There is can be a big difference in "street" between FMOs. This has nothing to do with production. I've seen the comps for Balt. from a couple different FMOs. For FE, one offered 100% while another is offering 115%. Same thing when I contracted for Foresters.

By simply researching FMOs, an agent can earn themselves another 15% with NO production requirements!

I started this thread hoping that some agents who have a good comp might chime in with their FMO and save me some phone time.

Please, don't make things more complex than they need to be. And please stop spreading the false conventional wisdom that comp is only based on production. For a smart, independent agent willing to do some research, it is not.

Aye aye captain. If you think you can get over 115% with NO production requirements then you are more ignorant than you sound.

Someone, PLEASE, give this lad 120% or better with no production requirement. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

If you do find this pot of gold please share with this forum. Thanks in advance.

I never said I expected more than 115% with no production. I was calling bs on your claim that the only way to get higher comp is through higher production.

Some FMOs have higher street than others.

Why did you bother to post itt if you can't help with a Balt. Life contract or recommend a good FMO for such?
