Need Major Help Picking Out VOIP or Phone System

I need some major help ladies and gentlemen I've always gone and used a regular phone system and have been introduced to VOIP phone system and am very empressed and also how some of these companies are a one stop shop for all your needs like e-mail, web-hosting, and what not. I've been doing some research and have decided to go with the VOIP but it seems like a crap shoot when it comes to which company to pick I was wondering if anyone would recommend soemone to me that you've already doen business with, I have 10 to 15 agents and would prefer it be a one stop shop for everything I need all help would be highly apperciated thank you so much.

Our agency was reasonably satisfied with Freedom Voice.

We ended up switching everything over to Inside Sales but that wasn't at the fault of FV.

We've been using Vonage for years, theyre fine, make sure you got lots of bandwidth no matter what voip you get. Magic jacks are super cheap too, I use one has my 3rd line now.

I found a company that Office Depot and Costco also use or private label. I will probably go with them. I am still checking a few others out.

They do 800 numbers, call attendents, easy set up - you just need a decent DSL or cable internet connection.

I have been talking to the young fellow and he is Seattle and I talk to him and he is on VOIP and the voice quality is excellent. A lot of VOIP sounds bad. Realize from FL to Seattle I am going through dozens of routers or hops cross country. This is where VOIP degrades. I was always told VOIP cross country will suck. The calls I have had with him sound great from FL to WA. You cannot tell it is VOIP. You will want good sound quality because if the calls sound like crap - your reps are already starting out behind in my view.

Here is the fella's name. I get no commission or free time. Check them out and compare. They use Mitel equipment and the overall cost seems to be cheap. If you find something better please post it.

I've switched my agency over to IVScomm about six months ago and it's been a great thing. It cut my phone bill in half and reliability has been good. The biggest thing that kept me from switching earlier was I thought the switch would be difficult, but they made it so easy. I'll never go back to the old phone company!
