I am so confused with Nevada's licensing structure. What duties can I perform as a licensed CSR? I was formally an agent but had my licensed revoked in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Texas. I worked for a firm as a CSR and the manager never requested my credentials until much later and I was let go . I also brought customers to the agency and was paid commission. I want to go straight and need advice.

Are your licenses still revoked? If you are binding business without a current license you are opening a huge can of worms for the E&O of whomever you work for. A ttrue CSR can take payments and make address changes but cannot discuss coverage or changes to coverage, nor the cost change associated with the change in the policy
