I have been trying to find it. Some Republican congressman from Arizona has proposed it. The insurance companies would love for this to happen as agents would be gone.

This bill would mean no more med supps.
Which would be a serious problem for those who need to get care from major medical centers that don't accept out of state MA's. Or even many in state MA's.

That would never happen.
There's too many parts of the country where sup's still dominate because of a lack of MA, etc.
