Can we talk about Niche annuity strategies here?
I've heard of partial internal Roth conversions, RMD Arbitrage, and a few others but I don't understand them.
Tell me what strategies you like to use and how it uniquely helps your clients.

That's a big question.

Mostly, it's having a background in planning and then solving the problem with an annuity.

It's hard to use complex strategies on approach because you don't know what the issue is yet.

Pension max, LTC funding, guaranteed death benefit growth, charitable funding, RMD strategies (which you mentioned) are all options but finding the client that needs one of those is where things become difficult.

In a nutshell, almost anything that requires cash flow can be solved with an annuity. The annuity may not be the best option but it can be part of the discussion.
