No Experience Required P&C FMO Appointment

Hey everyone,

Just spoke with a fella over at SIAA and they said I either need 3 years of experience or to hire someone who has at least 3 years if they were to consider contracting me. Both are out of the question for me at the moment.

Are there any FMO/Aggregators out there who are willing to appoint with no experience? He mentioned Smartchoice. But also said they have a noncompete in the contract and offer way fewer carriers initially, etc.

No, I have no P&C experience only Life & Health.

If you read my post I said I am not licensed. I am in the process of becoming licensed for P&C in FL.

Because I want expand my agency and am not afraid of a challenge. Have a client goal this year and it'll help accelerate it.
