Personal Umbrella with 30+ properties?

Does anyone know of any carriers that will do a personal umbrella with a person who owns over 30 total properties? I have been finding that 30 seems to be the ceiling on non-commercial umbrellas.

Come on man. Help us help you. What state are you in. What state is the client in? What states are the properties in? What kind of properties? What limits are you looking for?

And why is there resistance to a commercial umbrella when it seems a logical choice for even a lesser number of properties?
