Planning Season with Carriers- How Do You Plan for the New Year

Shawn, your line of questioning mirrors the "forecasting" info. some of our lead carriers are starting to ask for this time of year.

Here's how I approach the carrier rep. meetings with planning/forecasting.
How are you planning to help increase my agency revenue in 2015?
What support will you be giving? Marketing/Co-branding, rate adjustments
What incentives will you provide for growth/profitability?
How do you(carrier rep) generate profit for the carrier?



I'm always glad to share my agency goals, incentives, marketing programs, staffing changes, etc. After I have proof that he carrier is committed to increasing my profitability. This is probably why we have our best success with our mid size regional carriers...who realize that their success is directly proportional to the agency success.

Come to CO instead and give US your tax dollars. Skip the fake Dr. appointment and come to CO! CO did those for years and have since dropped the charade and just legalized it.
