Please Help...jc Penney/stonebridge Policy Question

I found a jcpenney life insurance card that my husband had that indicates hospital, burn and emergency treatment coverage. my husband was killed, while his policy was still in effect...after calling stonebridge, they told me that he did not have ADD and because he was not hosiptalized then there is no reason to file a claim. I thought this was a supplemental coverage that was added to his accidental death policy.? the amount charged was 9.95 and i was just woundering what you thought.. Does jc penney life insurance really sell this hosiptal coverage alone or do you think he also had ADD? thank you

then what in the hell were they covering........also you have to remember all insurance company's will try to get out of a claim.......you always file a claim no matter what anyone tells you......

i dont know im confused??? and they said they need to research it and see if there was a ryder for accidental death?? i will take your advice..thank you
