Producer Contracts?

Our little agency is growing and we are in need of some contracts for our newly hired agents. Is there somewhere we can find some samle comtracts or do any agents on here have contracts they dont mind sharing?

Based upon some of the producer contracts I have seen signed by agents over the years, it would be simple to write one yourself.

It is hereby agreed that:

1) You will assign all commissions to me (the agency)
2) I will pay you whatever I want, whenever I feel like it.
3) When you leave you are screwed. We keep it all.

At my last captive gig the agency owner wrote them on an Etch A Sketch to save paper.

After the last one I said I could not sign it. He then did me a huge favor. He said " Well you no longer work here" In retrospect that was best things that has happened to me in this business.

anyone know a good way to keep track and split the commission for producers? because a lot of company do not offer download.
