Reckless Driving in AZ

In September of 2013 I was arrested for DUI. In January of this year, I settled my case and plead guilty to a lesser charge of Reckless Driving. I know it stays on your driving record for 7 years. My question is, would I have to wait the whole 7 years before I'm able to be insured on a company vehicle? I've applied to jobs before when I had a ticket on my record and the recruiters would tell me it's up to the insurance company to decide if I meet their "satisfactory driving record" criteria.
Thanks

You sound like an excellent drive..I will hire you!!

the good news: this will only affect your insurance rates for 3 years, not 7.

the bad news: believe it or not, insurance companies ding drivers more for a reckless driving/reckless op charge than they do a DUI.

I also believe I'm a good driver, thank you for acknowledging that!
As for the question I asked in the post, do you have an answer that could actually help me?

Yes he is right the insurance company will decide to add you to the policy or not..when you go to the interview bring in your MVD with you and let them see it. Commercial policy is based on the whole group of drivers so if the group is good they may make an exception and add you.
