Many public libaries offer Reference USA with limitations and there are the paid versions like Sales Genie.
This thread is intended to post reviews of paid directory services such as peoplesmart that have expanded data on individuals. From the looks of it, these services would provide access to unlisted numbers, cell phone numbers, social networking listings, etc. Anyone had success using these? Thanks.

So far I have run across posts about peoplesmart complaining about their membership and refunds. Most posters look like they did not review each plan to learn what was included and what cost exra.
