RingCentral Down?

I had to drop RC fax in favor of efax because, GoldenRule wouldnt get my faxes from ring central.

We use Unityfax for all in bound and we use one of our landlines for all out going. For pretty well for us.

I have 1 TPA that does not recieve my faxes from Ringcentral.... However the TPA had a wonderful fax server adminstrator and it seems to be an issue on thier end other than that one fax server I've had no issues.

i dont doubt it was an issue with GR and not RC.

Good post will not use ring central for fax.

Efax has been working well so far.
