Has anyone had any issues with getting paid commissions from Ritter? I have had to fight for every advance and true-up, and am still waiting on a commission submitted on 6/21/13

If you submitted MA business on 6-21 you won't be paid until 1 month following the start date (which would be 7-1). So you're looking at mid-end of August for that business.

What carrier is that with? If Anthem that could be the problem.

Have you ever tried discussing this with Ritter...? Ritter has an efficient msg system on the website for such questions and issues. They seem to be on the mark in general and when not and made aware of a problem tend to get them fixed with expediency. I would make certain that 'YOU' understand 'WHEN' you should expect to be paid, in other words you may be expecting pymt before the due date, in which case you will be disappointed every time.

I have exercised the avenues and channels provided by Ritter-payments are random, and timeframes inconsistent

First Choice VIP, and I am supposed to have payments paid directly to me, but somehow are going through Ritter

I don't know anything about First Choice VIP, but my understanding is when you contract with Ritter you are assigning comm's. Maybe it is possible that you didn't understand this provision in advance, unless I am missing something here.

Any other members contracted with First Choice VIP through Ritter....? Possibly could address this...? I'm sure Craig Ritter could address this topic.

I initially signed with BRC (Benefits Resource Center), and signed a contract paying commissions directly to me. At first I was told I would be paid every 2 weeks, then it was once a month, then....My Ritter agreement states that I will be paid 2 weeks after Ritter receives CMS approval-CMS approves sooner than 2 weeks. Also, the Ritter agreement is silent on when I can be released
