Hello Independents!
I was wondering if anyone would share a sample business/marketing plan they use for carriers. I was captive for 10 years and moving into the independent side. I've written informal business plans, ones that I can follow to a T with success but never had to write something up specifically to get a girlfriend . . . *ahem* . . . CARRIER to date me. Any shot someone could show me a sample biz or Marketing plan that they've used in the past so I can get an idea for what the carriers are looking for. Especially the organization aspect of things. I mean, I know my marketing budget, I know where I'm going to spend my time drumming up new business, and rolling my old. But I need to see how the Indy carriers like this info organized. I never was much of a writer. I just help people protect their stuff and family and service them the best I can.
