Scripts for Mortgage Protection

Hi Guys and Gals,

I'm wondering if anyone can share with me a script that they have had success with marketing to homeowners for Mortgage Protection?

I'm also interested in contacting business owners, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm kind of new to the industry but I don't want to re-invent the wheel...

Are there any new homeowners? The ones that bought in the past 3-5 years probably are upside down now and may not be good prospects for any life insurance.

Business owners may be a better market and I'm pretty sure (shameless plug) the www.iliaa.org has several webinars on this subject.

Training agents to enter into this business and get licensed is a dying market.

I think you're full of it. Your website doesn't indicate WHO you are, YOUR licensing credentials or anything. You could even LIE about who you are and show more credibility!

After all, why do licensing training when... "there are a lot of better options out there for you"?

According to your website there are no jobs, at least in the job board section. Why even list mortgage protection there if you think it's a dying market that isn't worth selling to?
