Anyone have success using SEP for inaccurate info being provided to client causing them to leave current plan for a different one that they then realized was a mistake?

those have to be done by medicare and you may or may not remain aor if they do it retro actively if that is a concern to you.

I also have used this SEP via the Complex Case Support Center (you should be getting emails about it all the time). We reached out to the marketplace call center and asked if they would allow them to change plans. We were verbally told it wasn't possible so we escalated to Complex Case. They fixed it. I have found them very helpful over the years and reasonably easy to work with. I also have never been dropped as the AOR due to an escalation.

Complex Case Support? I hope Bon Qui Qui doesn't work there -she don't like complicated orders
