Getting ready to study for my series 6 license and would like to know if their is an app for it and if so what is the best one?

I am using Home - TESTEACHERS ONLINE - ONLINE VIDEO INSURANCE AND SECURITIES EXAM PREP for my 7 and 66. I just started a couple of days ago so I haven't tested yet,But they do have a very user friendly program.

Just starting studying on series 6 though NYL.

Forgot to mention hope I can pass when time comes. My background is in insurance products such as life,health, LTC, and the like but probably not going to help much with this area. Thoughts or advice?

Actually though the material is different, the theory on passing is the same. It is a few concepts repeated over and over. Personally I thought the blue sky of the 63 was harder. I'm sure you will be fine. Just don't over think it on test day. Try to learn concepts not questions and you'll be fine.

Take practice tests over and over until you're scoring at least an 85% regularly.


Then get a set of practice tests from a different provider. And work on THOSE until you get an 85% or better.


That's what I did when studying for the Series 7 10 years ago. When I finally took the exam, I took only 2 hours (out of a possible 6), laughed my way through to an 80% passing grade.
