Showtime! How I run my Business

Okie doke. You said that 6 months ago. How is it working?

Thanks for asking . . .

Hard to gauge . . . in part because not everyone who contacts me says "I got your letters" . . . and, more often than not, I neglect to ask how they found me . . .

I picked up 6 new clients for November (my first T65 mailing) . . . I know where 2 of them originated, 2 are a mystery and the remaining 2 came from the mailing.

My "investment" on this initial mailing is $1500 - $600 FYC so I "lost" money . . . but I have 6 more years of renewals ($3600) as long as no one dies or leaves and I could always get referrals.

My first year goal with this is to break even and get into the black on renewals and referrals.

We have tweaked the letter which has created more interest (slightly higher response).

All totaled my plan is to stay the course at least until I get 12 months invested.
