Anybody know how it works if an agency chooses to leave SIAA? what the buyout is, if it's possible?

The Buyout is stated in your contract. Try to read it or ask your master agency they can calculated for you. May I ask why are you leaving or want to terminate?

I wouldn't ask the master agency until I know for sure I will be leaving them. Don't want them to not help you anymore.

The contract is very clear. Go back and look at it. In my opinion this is the worst part of the SIAA arrangement but still manageable. They have offered you a lot over the time that you have been there. Ask yourself if you would be where you are today without them. You probably are not sure but if your MA is one of the good ones you probably are better off at this point because of them. Good Luck with your possible change.
