I received a notice of termination Monday. The next day, yesterday, I received an email congratulating me on celebrating another year with them ...

Being terminated is no big deal as I am no longer able to work and even if I were I would not be using them due to the changes they have made the last couple of years.

Now, I am wondering how long it will take them to find a reason to stop my renewals

Just talked to a friend in Cleveland, TN and he got a notice of termination email this morning.

I think they are terming most everyone on the FE product. I've heard they are just going to focus on their Funeral Preneed product. Haven't confirmed that though. Could be wrong.

It's a license to steal your vested renewals . Eventually when you don't ever write with deaths and such forth your persistency will drops below 60% as they yrs go on .Every time i see Tommy O hocking Medicare online a laugh to the sky.

SNL might very well be the worst company I've ever been contracted with.

And I've been contracted with Americo, AmAm, LH, Settlers, Oxford and Forethought.

To be worse than them takes effort.

SNL makes the effort to be terrible.

Just received another notice of termination from SNL. over the last 50+ years I have terminated with several companies but non have ever sent me a notice like this.

We do want to gently remind you of the non-solicitation policy
you agreed to when you were appointed with us. We would be happy to provide you with a
copy of your agent agreement upon request. And as a reminder, this non-solicitation policy
and your obligations under it survive termination and remain enforceable in the event that you
violate it. Our hope is that we can keep this separation as professional and courteous as
possible.

They are assuming I will violate the terms of the contract.

Sounds like they aren't being professional.....but they expect you to.

What a POS company. I only wrote one policy with them years ago because they took DE. It stayed on the books 1 month. Never had any more use for them.
