Can someone suggest a simple, easy to use program to alert me when it is time to send a birthday card or anniversary,or a particular holiday that might be important to a particular client? I think seniors would appreciate that.. as well as all people i guess. thanks again

I use Send Out Cards, SOC. I use it to send thank you cards, birthday cards, you can send gift cards, cookies and other gifts thru them

It's an MLM system, but, you don't have to participate in that, I don't. I am just a user. I believe that Datona Guy here at the forums can hook you up with them.

American greetings has an online system that does this, and allows you to send cards by email, or print and then mail. The cost is very affordable - but you have some manual work to do. Send Out Cards does much of the manual work for you.

Outlook, Google calendar are two free ones.

If you are just starting out. I would suggest calling instead. That birthday call maybe the only one they get. Or as others call they may mention your call to them. DO NOT make it a sales call.

Come to think of it, have not done this for a while. Time to start again.

Ditto on the calling. Use Outlook to remind you to call. It is free, and for seniors it might be the only call they get. It is sad how many family members forget to even call. You'll make that person's day, and the next time you ask for referrals they will remember that you remembered them.

I'm just getting back from vacation. I'll be using Send Out Cards to send cards to every single one of my clients with a family photo that we took on the beach. Each card will have their names on it on the inside and have a handwritten message from me with our family photo. Each greeting card costs .62 if you sign up as a wholesale user.
