Someone Set Up Account--needs Help; Calls, You, how Do You

Someone sets up an account, goes through the process, gets eligibility letter, but does not enroll, or choose a plan.

They want help, call you.

How do you put your agent information in? Can you delete the current application and get to the screen to put in agent information?

OR????

Do you need to create a "NEW" account, new email address, etc?

Is there an easy simple way?

System is down this AM, so I can't check it out!
 
Just delete the current application and restart. Once you enter in the client's info into the app, it will ask if the client was assisted by someone. Put your info in and you are good to go. No need to setup a new account.
