State Farm Additional Intern Pay

I'm posting for an additional intern position. My question is when it comes to what they will pay during this time. I currently work for myself consulting on IT projects for small businesses. What documentation would SF need me to show to prove my income? I've been doing this for less then a year and my monthly income varies depending on the projects I'm working on.

They want know if you have $150K to invest in buying leads and hiring 4 TM to attain 90 life policies to get your permanent contract. 30% fail, if you do get the contract you still need to sell 40 life or annuity policies to get your bonuses.

The ones that fail will be in $150K debt, the ones that get the contract will be broke for 3 years. Do the math, they want you to take the risk and they get clean money. There's a reason why the want greenhorns and reimburse you for all your license as an intern. If you fail, you advertised for all the other senior agents in your territory that will poach and seal your book of business until year 2 when you get your permanant contract, then you can speak and sue them. If youYde it through the internship you are above average in sale and acumen. Make sure you have 2 business plan, one incase you fail.

I have been a member of this forum for a while now and I don't think that I've ever read a post from someone who was successful at this.
