I had a phone interview with State Farm today and it actually went well..I think I interviewed her more then she did me however lol...Thanks to this site, I had many questions..
They sure are good at what they do. RECRUITING!
They were pretty straight forward however. I was told in my area you will generally inherit a 1.7-2 mil book of business and they never start new market agents. However, I am aware the 2 mill book will not go far after taking care of all incurred expenses.(CSR's,Taxes,lease/Loan,insurance and whatever else it takes to run the business)
They actually somewhat have my attention. May be worth a face to face. They are wanting me to proceed with the personality test at my pace in order to move forward.
Now, have any of you guys ever heard of a new agent not having to SIGN THE TICA contract and using a diiferent one?
I mentioned it, but did not go into depth.
I have heard they will split your book after you start the agency, say 6 months down teh road..anyone heard of this?
thanks
