Given what I have learned, I'm not sure why folks go for anything other than UHC $0.
You only get $1000 lower MOOP with the Premium plan and pay well over that in premiums. Doesn't appear to be a lot of savings on co-pays.
Odd that hospital is 20% co-insurance rather than $300 a day copay for 5 or 6 days
