I once read that you should mail a list of 2k names for T65.
How many times per month are you mailing your list of 2k names? Once or twice per month?
How often are you mailing that 2k name list: 7 months out, 6 months out, 5 months out and then stop? 7 months out, 6 months out, 5 months out, 4 months out, 3 months out, 2 months out and then stop? Or a different combination?
