Im looking for a telephone list of numbers that have been scrubbed to weed out the do not call numbers. Where could I find one and what is the going rate for this?

Edit: Im going to be calling for P&C business.

Try calling sales genie, they were offering a couple of free leads like 100 a couple of months ago.

Most list companies of merit will scrub the do not call names out of the list before selling it. The lists are their prime source of income, and the agencies enforcing the rules look closely at their business practices. Speak with any list sales rep about how they handle this.
