Anyone use Aetna's T.A. for enrollment yet? I wanted to enroll an older client do a HRA after but wanted to
make sure they can use an android phone for signatures.Emailed them earlier @ their contact us no response.

This is the new feature Aetna rolled out right before AEP. I have not used it but am planning to do so. I was told by an Aetna broker manager that the app will be available on both Android and IOS platforms. You should be able to enroll your client in a face-to-face environment via the think agent app. eKit is the one you use to enroll your client remotely via email.
 
Thanks for your response, I wanted to do the HRA after enrollment which you could only do thru Ascend. I used that a couple of yrs ago, wasn't user friendly back then.
Happy to collect the $70.00 and not leave it on the table, which was what I was doing not using Ascend. Love Think Agent much better. I did telephonic

I heard that they are phasing out Ascend this year. Could you please also share how you did your telephonic enrollment and what's the process like? I am exploring that route as well.
 
Sure, loaded the clients as leads prior to the enrollment then, went in to enroll. A
drop down menu appears to give the option of telephonic enroll proceed from there. You can get enroll from the Sales menu, procced from there. You review before submitting, Sign, then HRA pops up.You don't have to look for it.Confirmation number given, enrollments save as well as HRA on your personal desktop on the platform.I use Your Medicare as well so in comparison it's equally good, Aetna however only allows HRA completion with this Platform so I will continue Your Medicare for the other accounts and use Revel.

For telephonic enrollment with Think Agent, did you need to record the enrollment process?
 
Ascend is hands down the fastest enrollment you can do once you understand it. faster than sunfire, connecture, lean, humana, etc.
It's a shame they will eventually stop using it. I can start and completely finish an app in under 2 mins, it's timed.

I downloaded think agent but nothing shows.
 
All my apps are through thinkagent, you do not need a signature from the customer, you simply type in their name and move on. HRA shows up after application. Ascend is gone after this year. Think agent is owned by Aetna.

If you downloaded it, you have to wait for them to send you a Welcome email, pin # and Id.
