Training and Marketing Questions Adding Life to My PC Agency

I have a thriving PC agency in Florida. I would like to add life insurance to compliment my PC book. I have the licenses in order ( 7 and 66) I am looking for some kind of training from marketing to application to follow up. Are there any good consultants out there? I would like to understand the whole process.

Im in Broward County. I have a pretty good market for mortgage protection as I sell a lot of homeowners and auto to clients of mortgage companies. I am always asked about life and mortgage protection.

We have been a life agency for 12 years. A short while ago we added P&C and have become pretty good at cross selling. The keys are some basic life training, a simple worksheet/questionnaire and uncomplicated products.
