A DSNP got a letter from UHC about designating BeneLynk as the Authorized Representative for the member's Medicaid. The last and only thread here that mentioned BeneLynk was from 2020 and I'm looking for an update.
What's the track record of UHC DSNP's using BeneLynk? Does BeneLynk actually help the member to maintain Medicaid eligibility? Does using BeneLynk help the agent by increasing retention of members in the DSNP? Are members using BeneLynk being switched to different plans so the AOR loses commissions?
Finally, do other carriers use a service similar to BeneLynk or is this unique to UHC?
