I just thought I would warn any new agents about some of the tasteless tactics that I have grown tired of with Vimo. Vimo has a garbage policy of forcing agents leads to turn back on every seven days. That way when you are nice and busy, and have important things going on, your leads can pile up in your email and Vimo gets paid. I will be the first to admit I am sour grapes on these guys. The lead quality has been sub par at best with a higher than average amount of disconected numbers and ton of agents calling on each one. The only reason I stayed with them for as long as I did was because they were fairly inexpensive and I could off set the quality with quantity. The thing that has pushed me over the edge was the total lack of broker support. The one time I asked for a credit I got an attitude and and my account shut down. All they had to do was take care of a good customer for $25.00 worth of leads...but that was too much to ask.
