I am in Illinois. I have a pacemaker/defibrillator and diabetic. Cigna has raised my rate from $259. a month to $321. Is there any other companies that would insure me that would be lower. I am a low income senior. I don't want Advantage.

Allstate will Decline faster than you can apply

UHC will gladly charge them the level 2 premium which is always higher than BC
