You sure? Looks to me like she brought it with her, along with that 1st generation Etch-a-Sketch to demonstrate that HHS knew what they were doing when constructing Healthcare.gov.. She's implying that it's the public's fault (and Bush's) that the website doesn't work.

Clearly, we've been using the website improperly. It works just fine, but like a caveman opening coconuts with a stapler, we're just not advanced enough to make use of such a technologically advanced tool.
