It probably is a ridiculous question. I money is on Health or Auto Insurance.
Not ridiculous if you are trying to decide what area of the business to get into if you want the broadest and most receptive market.... However, that will also probably be the market with the most competition.

Demand vs need might be something to take a look at. While there my be a demand for home and auto, the true "need" falls into the life category.
