I see GTL, HeartLand National and maybe UHC has one ..?

Thoughts ... is there a best value option, etc?

I have mostly done GTL. But Medico is GI so if you have someone can't pass UW that is a good one to look at. I haven't sold any but looking at Aetna's theirs seem to be the lowest cost by far.

Just the opposite.

Same plan just no health questions.

Just had one issued yesterday on a T65 cancer patient. She wouldn't have passed if she'd had to answer the health questions.
