2024 Drug List

Did you have to give a lot of guidance on the PURL for your clients?

90% would be awesome. 50% would be a win for me. I was concerned if it was intuitive enough for people to actually use smoothly.

We are hovering at 90%, but I am getting some feedback that it wasn't easy to work with. We did tell people in the email to use their laptops or ipad vs phone, based on our focus group who tested it. Also known as my 74 year old mother.

Great insight! I like the BXBSTX plan because it offers the flat $47 copay for T3 after deductible vs the percentage that the others seem to offer.

I also had a tough customer this year who was trying to get the BRAND name Keppra through the exception process. Her specialist praised her for having BXBSTX PDP, which approved it as T4 for the year.

I moved a ton of people last year and it will be even more this year with the SS Choice and Humana jumps in premium. Its my go-to. And FYI-I confirmed that they will pay the full $50 (whoo hoo) on the Feb Check vs Aetna SS and their monthly BS.

What is the solution for:

Symbicort
Breo
Advair

It looks like all 3 have generics but they are as expensive as the name brand or the name brand is only formulary

Patient Assistance Programs or Prescription Hope.

When I think PAP will work, I make sure Walgreens is preferred and direct them to Alliance Walgreens at 855-244-2555.

You trust Medicares estimated retail cost? I don’t.

I rarely have an issue. Plus, with the Medicare.gov printout if its way off, I can get a change done at Medicare. And in this case, GoodRX pricing was matching Medicare.gov.
