That info is a great retention tool . Anytime I see someone moved in the new yr I always tell them " miss Jones all the money you spent toward your moop starts over " . 98% of the time they stay put . The call centers are over the top and immoral now . I got 2 calls from panicky clients that said someone called them and told them their ins getting cancelled .Wow I was going to say I thought so and then I was surprised about the health accumulators
