With a 1 year old felony, I would say he is on parole if not confined. The app I have for 0-49 in TN with Standard Life and Casualty does not ask.

Columbian FE app does not ask about convictions or illegal drug use.. Settlers doesn't ask about convictions but if it is drug related,they do ask about drug use.
