35 Year Old With Cerebral Palsy And Can't Do The Phone Interview,Now What ?

I just spoke to the UW manager.

Requirements:

1.Copy of POA
2.Mom signs everything and does phone interview (Like doing a child app)
3.Write in agent remarks section what meds and why prospect is taking them
4.Submit app

It's all good,we'll give it a shot and see what happens.

Thank you for all you do on this Forum !

You could have just write it Bronze and saved yourself the phone call

How many bronze plans have you written on a 35 year old?

Not many, but I have a meeting tomorrow with a CP client that's exactly 25.

Figure it's less hassle to write a bronze than risk a denial. What would you suggest?

First I would never suggest Settlers for any age unless it was all that I could get them. But more importantly you can't write bronze for ages other than 40-75.

If they can't do all ADLs then it is a decline.

You were spot on with this one. Lesson learned.
Who would you refer this case to ? Essentially,it's a GI for a 35 year old.
I have other policies within this family and the lady was also declined with Am Gen.
Naturally I want to see if I can get these people some help, without any risk to my own business already placed there of course.

You are smarter than 95% of agents on this forum except for old JD.
Lol !

As per your normal MO...you ignore advice given. John Galt gave you the answer in the 2nd post.
