Called the guy up this afternoon. Heading out there tonight to write him up for $90K WL through RNA @ $651.97/month.

I'd call up RNA. That should be simplified issue. If he didn't stroke out when you gave him the rate, he's pretty healthy.
And for the peanut gallery, yes I realize that price is in the eye of the beholder. Still a stout premium.
