A Newbie Question, Don't Laugh

I thought I would add a little content to this three year old thread. Some states (Kentucky and maybe others) charges a fee for every company you are appointed with. I think it is $50 per carrier. This can get to be pricey.

Ky is $40. Tn is $15. In is $0. Some companies will pay the appointment fee, some will not.

Hey...don't pick on me I have no idea what I am doing yet and that post came up so I responded without seeing the date. I forgot to take my Risperdal today:goofy:

now you will be on the radar........:D:D

JD thanks for setting it straight. My memories sometimes fails me in my old age. :D:D

Ky has different prices for resident agents (JD) and non-resident agents (that's you X Rac).

Indiana just invites them all over for free.

It's a sweet deal for JD and with all that money he saves he can afford the towing and repair bills on those Chevys he drives.

So am I correct, is it $50 for nonresidents?

I think these old threads should be taken off after about 4 months or so without any movement. 3 years old...wow.
Why? They would just start a new thread.. Some of the old threads have very good information and at times when an old thread is revived old information is updated just like in this case.
