Aetna Silver Script can't adjudicate claims apparently

I am doing everything possible to stop dealing with Aetna, since they decided to make Part D Smart non-commission AND fabulous in the same year. And when I say stop dealing, I am referring to Over 65, Under 65, Group, Ancillary and anything else they sell.

But this? This is egregious. Let's tell our seniors they owe us money because they can't adjudicate claims properly at the point of sale.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

Aetna is a total shitshow this year... They went big on benefits but can't manage them at all.

Just had someone charged over $300 for 15 Jardiance tabs. Express Scripts is the PBM for the regional MAPD carrier. The drug is Tier 3 and the deductible is only Tier 4 and above. Can't already be in the coverage gap.
