There is lots of press about how AI is transforming businesses and the world.

But how is Artificial Intelligence transforming Insurance Agencies? [Not an Insurance Company, but an Insurance Agency, PC, LH, Broker, Any Type or Kind and in Any State]

What tools are folks using and how do they help?
What is being streamlined?
If an agency was going to purchase one free AI tool what would it be?
If an agency owner was going to purchase one AI product - which one?

Dr. Sanjay Tolani (probably the #1 life insurance agent in the world, and my friend) is creating an AI 'clone' of himself. I think this stage is using it for personalized coaching with his mentees, but I'm sure there are other uses.

Texas IA here. Thru the National Alliance I have access to AI bot for insurance. It has been helpful in asking questions that I use to be able to call an underwriter to pick their brain. It is one of my favorite tools that I have available.
Personal opinion only I do not feel underwriters are as helpful as they were say 5 years ago so my AI bot is my go to for sure.
