I'm not through the Free Trial period; however, I am very impressed with the ease of use, aesthetics, and ability to email and attach documents, etc.

As most of you know, I have always been a big supporter of FREECRM.com. All other ones I have tried have been close, but no cigar.

I did my usual internet search (Bing), and stumbled upon AllClients on the third page. It seems, more and more, those that come up on the first page may be the ones that can afford organic SEO and SEM, but they are not always worth it.

Back to my point.

That being said, I know that RadiusBob is a sponsor and participant on this forum. And, to their credit, I did not give them a fair shake when I tried them.

From one Bob to another...

Actually we are not a sponsor of the forum so no advertising dollars have been lost. Granted we did inquire about it and should again. Everyone on the forum has been great to us.

Think we need to give you a Live Demo. Looks like you created the Free Plan which is limited (it is free after all), but if you want to give Radius a Fair Shake, we'll make sure to give you a great guided tour.

This post was not intended to discredit, in any way, Radius Bob. They are NOT a Sponsor. I was in a hurry when typing, and typed the wrong information.

When RadiusBob offered me assistance, I was busy, and did not take them up on their offer. That is a "me" problem, not theirs.

I use the Allclients email newsletter that is provided every month.
Great option for an inexpensive CRM. Received positive feedback from those that received it. I also likes the ease of use and it offers repeating events on the calendar now, many do not. Tough to beat for $19 a month.

AllClients looks like a very nice system. It's the first time I'd heard about it.

If you don't need a lot of whistles and bells, and you can follow some simple directions, you might want to take a look at X2EngineCRM.

It is not hard to install it on your website. Instructions are here. Just upload the files to your server via FTP. You DO have to install a MySQL database but that is usually a one-click deal with most web hosts. Just create the database, copy down the user and passwords the host gives you on the setup screen, and put them into the X2 installer when asked.

I'm using X2 for a website design business I'm a partner in and it is quite nice. It's new and not quite as "bloated" as other CRMs, perhaps because it takes a somewhat "minimalist" approach to data organization where "less is more?" The system is free (open source) and I'm liking it a lot.

YMMV. Below is a screenshot from their website. More of them are here if interested.
