Does anyone know the questions which the client will be asked on the telephone interview with the Americo FE product 'Golden Solution'?

Are they other questions besides the ones on the app or what?

What is the purpose of this if they are answering questions on the app?

Did you mean American Amicable??? I thought Americo's product is Ultra Protector, and I'm pretty sure they don't do the PHI.

Americo does random phone interviews but not at the point of sale. Same as Monumental.

What is Americo's Golden Solution? Their FE product here is called Ultra Protector. There is no point of sale interview. They will do an occasional phone interview. They claim to do them at random, but everyone I've had done there was some sort of medical info that triggered it.

Is Golden Solution a state specific product?

Sorry, it is American Amicable :goofy: It was after midnight and I had been going most of the day!

AmAm calls their FE Golden Solution now. It used to be called Platinum Choice.

It's a mandantory phone interview for all but the ROP plan. It doesn't have to be done at POS, but they prefer that it be done at POS. If you don't do it at the point of sale they will call them and do the interview. If the person doesn't consent to the interview, it is not avaiable for them to apply.

They only ask the questions on the application, but they also do a script check while the applicant is on the phone. They may ask them about their RX stuff even though you don't have to list the meds on the app.

I've had them ask about prescriptions that were filled up to 10 years ago. It can be a quite long interview. They will also ask sometimes to "re-ask" a question. When that happens, it's almost always a decline or an offer of ROP.
