Any brokers can assign agent to sell BCBS Michigan health policies

I just got my Michigan L&H license, and need advice to get appointed and sell BCBS Michigan/Blue Care Network in Michigan.

There are 2 Managing Agents in MI. Metro Detroit is Action Benefits - Premier service organization for the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) agent community and the rest of Michigan is Grotenhuis.com

So what happens if you get appointed through Grotenhuis, but happen to run across a group that falls within Action Benefits Detroit Metro area? Does it all still go through Grotenhuis?
